If everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day, then it must follow that all are Scottish on Robbie Burns’s birthday, 25 January! Therefore:The AYA and the Young Alumni Council of Connecticut cordially invite you to a traditional “Robbie Burns’s Supper” to be celebrated on Friday, January 25, 7–10 pm, at Rose Alumni House, 232 York St., New Haven. Chef Marcel Anastasio has crafted a traditional Burns supper menu complete with Scotch eggs, smoked salmon, cock-a-leekie soup, haggis, neeps and tatties, and tipsy laird trifle.  Wine, beer and liberal lashings of  “the creature” (AKA Scotch Whiskey) will be poured.
