Direct-entry nursing programs
Yale School of Nursing is launching two new direct-entry programs designed to expand pathways into nursing for people with bachelor’s degrees in other fields. The new master of nursing (MN) program will prepare students to enter nursing practice as registered nurses in 16 months, while the graduate entry prespecialty in nursing (GEPN) to doctor of nursing practice (DNP) pathway will prepare students for advanced nursing practice. Together, the programs offer flexible, accelerated routes into nursing for students from a range of academic and professional backgrounds. For more information, visit nursing.yale.edu.
