—the text of a referendum approved by Yale undergraduates in November. About 52 percent of undergrads voted on the referendum, in an election held under the auspices of the Yale College Council. Of those, 83 percent favored divestment. The university’s Advisory Committee on Investor Responsibility is currently in discussion with student groups about the issue.
