ObituariesIn Remembrance: Leland Howard Scott ’55PhD Died on October 19 2013Leland Scott, community leader and spiritual mentor, died unexpectedly on October 19, 2013, following two surgeries. He was instrumental in the creation of the Campus Christian Center at the University of Arizona and in 1969 joined the founding faculty of Pima Community College. There, Leland taught Humanities, served as a guidance counselor and was active with college leadership until his retirement in 1990.
