He then joined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in 1971, where he was a partner for 28 years. An international corporate finance specialist, his practice included securities offerings, money market transactions, acquisitions and financings in the United States and international capital markets. He began his career in New York, but spent 17 years in the firm's offices in London, Hong Kong and Frankfurt. The Star-Ledger published his obituary on October 23, 2013. |
