In Remembrance: Raja Mrigendra Singh ’74MAR Died on March 24 2014

Raja Mrigendra Singh passed away March 24, 2014, at the age of 85. He was a member of the Sikh Royal Family of India, and worked to bring Sikh culture, and especially the Nirmala tradition of Sikh classical music, to the English-speaking West.

    Ssa: I felt very sad after listening 2014 youtube posting by S.Migendra singh ji. I was looking for sardar ji online and found out he passed away. I felt like that I found a Gem and lost it instantly. I would love to read or listen their translation of sikh sahit or gurbani. His short you tube video taught me what I never understood from any other source. I wish I had more access to him.
    I wish Guru sahib to keep him under his wings. I also wish that his works need to be explored and spread. I would have been condole scent but sardar ji was great sikh, therfore I miss him but understand he was in agaya and hukam.
