In Remembrance: John H. “Jack” Adams ’41 Died on July 8 2014

John H. “Jack” Adams died July 8, 2014, after a brief battle with cancer.  He was 96. As a navigator in the US Army Air Force during World War II, his plane was shot down and he spent 18 months in a German prison camp. After the war he devoted his life to education—teaching and eventually serving as headmaster of a school near Santa Barbara, California, from which he retired in 1983.
