Obituaries

In Remembrance: Frederic W. Locke ’49 Died on May 26 2014

Frederic Winslow “Fred” Locke died at home in Randolph, Vermont, on May 26, 2014. He was 88.  His career was spent in education, as a teacher, administrator, and educational consultant.
