Mr. Downey served in the CIA for a number of years, receiving several honors for his valor and committment to his country. Upon his exit from the CIA, Mr. Downey embarked on an extensive career first as a lawyer and then as a judge. A full obituary was published in the New Haven Register on November 18, 2014. |
