In Remembrance: David Mason Mixter '45 Died on August 28 2015

David Mason Mixter, a resident of Vero Beach, Florida, and formerly of Darien, Connecticut, died on Friday, August 28, 2015. He was 92. Following his service in the Marine Corps during WWII and as a Captain during the Korean Conflict, Mr. Mixter went on to work in both advertising and private equity. He was known especially for his dedication to charitable organizations, having served on the boards of such institutions as the Hospital for Special Surgery and the Indian River Medical Foundation.
