In Remembrance: Frank C. Bowers Jr. ’48 Died on January 1 2016

Frank C. Bowers Jr. passed away peacefully on January 1, 2016. He served in the navy before attending Yale, and later earned his law degree at Cornell and practiced law in Carmel, New York, until his retirement in the 1990s.
