He served in the US Army during World War II, storming Omaha Beach on D-Day and earning seven Purple Hearts. He had a successful business career, notably with Boise Cascade and as owner/operator of the IL Ranch in Nevada. A full obituary was published in the Idaho Statesman on February 19, 2017. |
