In Remembrance: Samuel Kenneth Bruce Jr. ’53 Died on April 18 2017

Samuel Kenneth Bruce Jr., 86, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.  He spent twenty years at Standard-Knapp in Glastonbury, Connecticut, where he became president in his 30s, but ultimately moved to Manchester, New Hampshire, where he became owner and president of Lyon's Steel.  All the while, he was an engaged  member of local and world communities, having been a pacesetter and mentor at both Habitat for Humanity and the Council of World Affairs.
