Don R. Iodice was the Professor of a lifetime. An amazing educator, he was an inspiration to me. I remember how he invited us to his home and we "had" to eat escargots in order to pass his class. I thought of him often as I pursued my master's degree and my career in TESOL. There is something about seeing Stanley Tucci on TV recently that was reminiscent of Prof. Iodice and prompted me to look him up.
