In Remembrance: Richard C. Robarts ’56MA Died on March 25 2018

Richard Charles (“Chuck”) Robarts passed away on March 25, 2018, from complications of Parkinson's disease. He was 85.  He enjoyed a distinguished 40-year career in international development, specializing in the Middle East and Africa.
