After receiving his Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Sacred Theology from Yale Divinity School, Schafer went on to serve in the United Methodist Churches of Central New York and Upper New York Conferences of the United Methodist Church. Schafer is survived by his wife, aunt, sister-in law, nephew, and several cousins. |
