In Remembrance: Alan Mark Nahum ’53 Died on November 10 2018

Dr. Alan Mark Nahum passed away in La Jolla, California. After graduating from Yale, Nahum went on to graduate from Tufts University School of Medicine. During his terrific career as a head and neck surgeon, he was named one of the eight most outstanding doctors in San Diego. He later became Professor Emeritus of Surgery at the University of California at the San Diego School of Medicine. One of the country's leading experts on biomechanics, he was the author of 200 articles and edited three books covering trauma surgery, accidental injury and biomechanics.
