In Remembrance: James E. Fowler ’59LLB Died on May 19 2019

James Edward Fowler passed away on May 19, 2019, at the age of 87. A corporate lawyer and environmentalist, he was retired as general counsel of Mobil Oil and Mobil Corporation.
