I lived next door to him when we were students at Stony Brook University,and helped him write his final term paper. He often spoke about going to Yale Divinity School. Exceedingly nice person, quick to smile, kept a bag of potatoes in his closet because roadside stands were an interesting aspect of America, and he didn't know how to cook. The potatoes were growing limbs when he showed them to me.
