In Remembrance: William S. McFeely ’66PhD Died on December 11 2019

Historian and Pulitzer Prize–winning biographer William S. McFeely died on December 11, 2019, in Sleepy Hollow, New York. He was 89. He taught at Yale until 1970 where he helped establish the African American studies department, and then joined the history faculty at Mount Holyoke College.
