In Remembrance: Allan Gerson ’76JSD Died on December 1 2019

Allan Gerson passed away on December 1, 2019. After receiving his JSD from Yale Law School in 1976, Gerson became a trailblazer in anti-terrorism law, representing American victims seeking to sue foreign governments complicit in attacks against U.S. citizens. Gerson's most famous cases included the Lockerbie bombings and 9/11 attacks where he was able to win over $2 billion in settlements.
