In Remembrance: Eva Low Verplanck ’47PhD Died on September 4 2021

Eva Low Verplanck passed away peacefully on September 4, 2021, at the age of 97. An Austrian immigrant, she worked at the Academy of Natural Sciences for a while after graduating Yale, and then devoted her time to raising her children and volunteerism.

A full obituary was published in the Wilmington, Delaware, News Journal on September 12, 2021.
