In Remembrance: Robert F. Thompson ’55, ’65PhD Died on November 29 2021

Robert Farris Thompson, professor emeritus of African American studies and the former Colonel John Trumbull Professor of the History of Art, passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 88. Known as “Master T,” he was the head of Timothy Dwight College for 32 years and a member of the Yale faculty for over half a century.
