In Remembrance: Rufus C. Phillips III ’51 Died on December 29 2021

Rufus Phillips III died peacefully on December 29, 2021, of complications from pneumonia. He was a writer, businessman, politician, and intelligence officer, working in Vietnam for the CIA in the 1950s and early 1960s.
