In Remembrance: Vernon H. Trudo ’49 Died on February 25 2022

Vernon Hazelton Trudo died peacefully on February 25, 2022, at his home in Amherst, New Hampshire. He was 96 and had just lost his wife of 76 years, Chris, two weeks prior.

He spent most of his career in the insurance industry, aside from ten years working for Church World Service — but he was perhaps best known for his community service, leading to his being named  (along with his wife) Amherst Citizen of the Year for 2010.
