In Remembrance: Alton Shirah ’44MDiv Died on September 17 2013

Alton Shirah, 93, died on September 17, 2013. He was founding pastor of Dawson Street United Methodist Church in Thomasville, Georgia. Shirah was the author of two books: For Children Mainly and A Pinch of Spice and Recollections of a Country Boy.

The Telegraph published his obituary on September 20 and 21, 2013.
