In Remembrance: John Gibson Semmes ’45W Died on September 7 2013

John Gibson Semmes of Potomac, Maryland, died September 7, 2013, at the age of 90. Mr. Semmes served in the army during World War II, earning a Silver Star and a Purple Heart, among other decorations. After the war he had a long career practicing and teaching intellectual property law.
