Escaping Nazi-occupied Poland in 1939, he made his way to the United States at age 12. While serving in the U.S. Army, he became a naturalized citizen. Thereafter, he attended Yale Law School, and joined the law firm Chadbourne Hunt upon graduation. The Oregonian published his obituary on October 20, 2013. |
