Yale art that you can wear

If Magritte painted a Cubist vision of Yale's Science Hill—and then turned it into a fashion statement—he might awaken from his hallucination to find Elliy Peng ’12.

A psychology major who decided her senior year that she also needed a physics degree, Peng then graduated to become "a free-floating self-employed artist person," she writes on her website, Loop Theory.

Why? "Well that's easy—she's not from this world, or this universe!"

Loop Theory is wearable art that "entail[s] both metaphysical and metaphorical reflections of an illusive Yale based in reality but perceived only through memory in the realm of mind," Peng writes. There's more, but really, it's not about the words—just take a look.
