An opening on Broadway

A piece of New Haven’s Broadway is on the market. 21 Broadway, one of the few remaining retail properties on the street that is not owned by Yale, houses a Chinese eatery called Junzi Kitchen and apartments upstairs. Those prone to gawk at architecture may have noticed the copper steins and clay pipes built into the façade.
