Art handlers were on Beinecke Plaza this morning disassembling Alexander Calder’s sculpture Gallows and Lollipops. Amy Doyel of the Yale Art Gallery, who was on the scene, said the sculpture will be reassembled tomorrow in the Art Gallery’s sculpture garden, where it will remain until construction of the Schwarzman Center is completed in 2020.
