Setting the stage

Workers are busy this morning on the New Haven Green putting the finishing touches on the stage for the 20th annual International Festival of Arts and Ideas, which starts tonight. The festival—15 days of music, theater, lectures, films, and exhibits—takes place at venues all over Yale and New Haven. This year’s lineup includes Taylor Mac, the Mark Morris Dance Group, Darlene Love, acrobats Machine de Cirque, and Lucinda Williams. ___________________________________________ The Yale Alumni Magazine is published by Yale Alumni Publications Inc., an alumni-based nonprofit that is not run by Yale University.
