Throwback Thursday: now THAT was a snowstorm!

When younger students remark on the ankle-deep snow covering the campus right now, seniors can say “that’s nothing. When I was your age . . . .” Because three years ago this week, Winter Storm Nemo dropped a record 34 inches of snow on New Haven, paralyzing the city and causing Yale to do the unthinkable: cancel classes for two days in a row.
