Rush hour on Chapel Street—the perfect time to sit back and enjoy a string quartet in front of the Art Gallery. As part of the International Festival of Arts and Ideas, the Haven String Quartet is turning up all over town on its mobile stage. Don’t worry; they only play when they’re parked.
