In conjunction with a School of Architecture seminar called “1968 @ 50: Architecture, Art and Cultures of Resistance Around the Globe,” the Beinecke Library and the Schools of Art and Architecture held a competition called Lipstick Revisited, inspired by the Claes Oldenburg lipstick sculpture that appeared in Beinecke Plaza in 1969. The winning entry, by Davis Butner ’19MArch and Evan Sale ’19MArch, is on display in the library through tomorrow.
