Now on view in the memorabilia room at Sterling Memorial Library: “When the Walls Came Tumbling Down,” an exhibition marking the 50th anniversary of coeducation in Yale College. The newspapers shown here report on Yale's ill-fated 1967 attempt to bring Vassar College to New Haven as a “coordinate college” for Yale.
