Underneath the courtyard of the Humanities Quadrangle (formerly the Hall of Graduate Studies) is a new 90-seat film-screening studio called the Alice Cinema, in honor of film pioneer Alice Guy-Blaché. Among other departments and programs, the HQ is home to Yale’s film and media studies program.
