New Haven is slowly reclaiming the land once occupied by the Oak Street Connector, a "highway to nowhere" that separated the Yale-New Haven Medical Center from downtown and the central Yale campus. Shown here under construction is 101 College Street, an office and laboratory building for which Yale will be an anchor tenant.
