Now and then: Dwight Chapel

You can be forgiven for assuming that Dwight Chapel on Old Campus was purpose-built as a worship space. But until 1930, when Sterling Memorial Library was completed, it was part of the library, as seen in this 1909 view. With a pipe organ installed in 1971, it is now used for multifaith services and as a venue for meetings.
