Stockholm syndrome

Old Blues will remember the walls of Mory's covered with framed photos of varsity captains. But in recent years, the tavern has made room for other kinds of portraits. The corridor leading to the Governors Room features Yale faculty members past and present who have won the Nobel Prize. If you're keeping track: On the top row, left to right, are William Nordhaus ’63, James Rothman ’71, Robert Shiller, Thomas Steitz, and Sidney Altman. Tjalling Koopmans and James Tobin are on the second row. Beneath them (not shown in photo) are George Palade and Lars Onsager ’35PhD.
