One way or another

What's wrong with this picture? Until yesterday, a vehicle traveling eastbound on Chapel Street between York and College would be cause for alarm—Chapel has been one-way since the early 1970s. But that two-block stretch is now a two-way street. Police and crossing guards are out in force today to make sure drivers and pedestrians notice the change.
