<> Sterling Memorial Library, north facade entry on Wall St. Rx Cold packs to painful areas x 20 minutes, twice a day. Warm packs to painful areas as needed.<> Meloxicam 7.5 mg by mouth twice a day with food. Topical Voltaren gel to painful areas twice a day. <> Get a chair to sit in.
