    <> Grace Hopper College <> East facade on College Street, just to the right of [i.e. just north of] the corner with Elm St. <> The flower I believe is a Montauk daisy, native to coastal regions of Japan, which now grows wild on the Connecticut shore. The grape vine is a long standing symbol of Connecticut as well.
