Garden party

If you're coming back for a reunion this year and haven't been on campus in a while, you may be surprised to find two campus landmarks in the Art Gallery's sculpture garden. Just last week, after fifty years in the Morse College courtyard, Lipstick (Ascending) on Caterpillar Tracks (right) by Claes Oldenburg ’50 was installed in the garden, joining Alexander Calder's Gallows and Lollipops (left), which was moved from Beinecke Plaza in 2024.
