Commons doesn't open for lunch service until tomorrow, but the room was the scene of a kind of knowledge buffet yesterday: representatives of Yale's academic departments were on hand to talk to students at the Yale College Academic Fair. It was thinning out when we got there a few minutes before closing time, but we were told there had been quite a crowd earlier.
