What a great shot! Maya Lin ’81, M.Arch ’86, D.F.A. ‘87 created a similar sculpture called "The Time Table" in 2000 for Stanford's Packard Engineering building. Unfortunately its mechanical workings failed and it was subsequently put into storage <> She also created a simpler "water-table" sculpture for the U of California Irvine Arts Plaza in 2005. Apparently Yale's Women's Table was preceded by her "water table" for the Civil Rights Memorial 1989 installed at the Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Alabama.
